Fear not the Sputnik, Earthlings. What used to be the Good Knight is now Chef Brandon Stratton's burgers, beers and cocktails outfit on East Sixth Street. Sputnik just opened September 12th and is already the subject of much buzz-about-town. Stratton grinds his own burgers and sources as much as he can locally, and yes, he kept the jukebox.
