Austin 360 today talks to Frans and Roselly Hendriks, the (former) owners of the Roscar chocolate shop in Bastrop, which saw thousands of dollars of specialty chocolate-making equipment burn in the tragic fires this month. The couple took a recipe book and $200 from the cash register while fleeing from the fires, which would eventually "consume everything they owned," leaving them homeless. Patrons and fans both Texas and the world over have offered help to the chocolate-making couple. Frans Hendriks says re-opening the shop is a matter of "when," not "if." [Austin360]
