More from the booze news desk: Congress' 31-year-old sommelier June Rodil has been named a "Best New Sommelier of 2011" by Wine & Spirits. Rodil ditched law school to learn more about the fine art of pairings and worked at the Driskill Hotel and Uchi before hitching up with the Congress group.
