The Foods of Austin City Limits, By the Numbers

Every year, the Austin City Limits festival draws from Austin's food trailer community (and beyond) to create the Austin Eats food court. This year, thirty vendors will feed the ravenous concert attendees, and they're going to need a lot of food to do so. Below, five Austin favorites share exactly how much food they're bringing to the festival.

Austin's Pizza
Serving: Pepperoni Pizza, Cheese Pizza, Pepperoni or Cheese Rolls, Brownie
· 3600 personal size pizza crusts
· 950 pounds of dough for pizza rolls
· 150 pounds of pepperoni
· 1350 pounds of mozzarella
· 100 gallons of sauce

Bess Bistro
Serving: Crispy Artichoke Hearts, Grilled Andouille Sausage, Grilled Chicken and Mushroom Wrap, Roasted Vegetable and Black Bean Wrap
· 3,000 orders of artichokes
· 365 pounds garlic aioli
· 400 pounds flour
· 360 cans of artichokes.

Odd Duck Farm to Trailer
Serving: Grilled Pork Belly Sliders, Bacon Wrapped Sweet Peppers with Goat Cheese, Corn Salad with Grilled Ricotta
· 200 pounds pork belly
· 1500 ears of corn
· 3600 eggs
· 6,000 banana peppers

Olivia
Serving: Fried Chicken Bucket, Potato Salad, Oyster Po’boy
· 1,500 pounds of potatoes
· 15 gallons of aioli
· Approximately 4,000 pounds of chicken
· 1,000 pounds of flour
· 10 gallons of whiskey sauce
· 600 pounds of peanut oil for frying

Torchy's Tacos
Serving: Green Chile Pork, Fried Avocado, Baja Shrimp
· 8000 green chili pork tacos
· 1200 pounds of pork.
