The restaurant currently known as Bacon is open for business over on West 10th Street downtown, and Eater Austin went inside to check out what's cooking (bacon!) from head chef Tyler Johnson, formerly of Along Came a Slider. For those of you holding your breath for a bacon-styled bar, exhale: it's true! They're open Monday-Wednesday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
