The second location of La Condesa in the Napa Valley is set to open next week, possibly as soon as Wednesday. It seems there will be some carryover from the Austin menu, but will also include some nods to the region including "squash blossoms stuffed with blue corn masa, Rancho Gordo black bean pasilla and goat cheese."
