Bacon the Restaurant Sets a Date: September 9

Austin only has to suffer a little more than a week until it's all bacon, all the time: West 10th restaurant Bacon has announced that they'll be opening on Friday, September 9. Tyler Johnson, formerly of Along Came a Slider, will be the head bacon fryer/chef. Also, there are rumors going around that the bar in the restaurant will look like a giant strip of bacon. Just saying.
