Hot Jumbo Bagel owner Lee Wallace was hit by a stray bullet when stopped at a red light at Sixth and I-35. Wallace was not involved in the incident in any way and is currently in fair condition. His son told the Statesman, "He had not missed a day of work in 20 years." [Statesman]
