After countless tips over the Eaterwire, Texas-based tweets from the show's judges, and photographic evidence of cheftestapants, Bravo has finally gotten around to confirming that Top Chef Season 9 is filming in Texas. They also confirmed Dallas, San Antonio and Austin filming, which means they're probably snubbing Houston. Sorry, Houston.
No words on the cast list as yet, although money's on Uchiko's Paul Qui being on the list of cheftestapants when it's released.
