The Wall Street Journal takes a look at destination restaurants in the middle of nowhere, and although any number of Texas barbecue mecca's could've made the list, the one they landed on was Snow's in Lexington. And it isn't just the location that makes Snow's hard to reach: the barbecue shack is still only open on Saturdays ('every Saturday' as the sign helpfully points out) from 8:00 til the food runs out.
