Former Statesman restaurant critic Mike Sutter will soon be launching FedManWalking.com, an epilogue of sorts for his work at the newspaper, where he'll "write reviews, pull together theme stories and track restaurant news."
In response to inquiries, Sutter tells Eater he plans to launch the site sometime in early to mid-August, depending on how soon the site's design and video work is completed. No solid word yet on whether or not Sutter plans to remain anonymous, but he says there are "strong schools of thought" for both sides of the decision.
Sutter left the Statesman after being offered "a buyout too good to pass up" back in June.
That's all for now; more updates to come as the launch date draws near. Intrigued? Previews of the site's content can be read on Sutter's Twitter account, @fedmanwalking.
