Bon Appetit has named Austin's only five-star restaurant Congress one of the Best New Restaurants in America in 2011. Actually, it named Bar Congress and Second Bar + Kitchen as well — seems the whole "restaurant complex" made the list. In any case, congratulations to chef David Bull and the rest of the team.
