Drought Impacts Oyster Harvest

gulf-oyster-150.jpgIt's going to be a bad year for Gulf Coast oysters: with oyster populations in Mississippi and Louisiana still recovering from the oil spill as well this Spring's flooding, Texas oysters were the main hope for fans of Southern bivalves.
