Here's a short film about Lawrence and Lee Ann Kocurek and their charcuterie business, Kocurek Family Charcuterie. After giving a brief history on the meat arts, Lee Ann tells the story of how the whole business started and Lawrence gives Austin a little love: "I think that this business would have floundered in any other city except for Austin."
