If Go Texan has anything to say about it, you're going to eat local produce and you're going to like it, damn it. After launching their Go Texan or Go Thirsty program that makes it easier to bully your favorite restaurants into carrying Texan wine, they've now announced the 2011 Go Texan Restaurant Round-Up.
From July 25 to the 31, 500 restaurants across the state will be serving local menus and making donations from sales to the Capital Area Food Bank. Below, the Austin restaurants participating (for the state-wide list, head over to Go Texan).
