Here's James Holmes explaining Olivia's brunch dish SOS, or shit on a shingle, on the Cooking Channel's Unique Eats. Modeled after the infamous army dish but considerably more upscale, the restaurant use Kobe beef tips and "your Granny's gravy but one better." There's also much pontification about why the restaurant named their fried chicken after Willie Nelson: "You got the 'herbs,' you got the 'smoke,' you got the 'ounces.'"
