The Nutty Brown Liquor License Dispute

nutty-brown-cafe-150.jpgA judge has recommended that the liquor license for the Nutty Brown Cafe and Amphitheatre be renewed after five years of battling the neighbors over sound disputes. The TABC has a provision that says establishments with liquor licenses can't make "loud, vociferous, vulgar, indecent, lewd, or otherwise offensive to persons on or near the licensed premises."
