North Austin Vietnamese restaurant Sunflower reopened its doors quietly last week after a temporary smoke damage-induced closure back in February. Employees tell us they've been up and running — with brand new floor tiling! — since May 2. Food-wise, they don't seem to have made any changes to the menu, which means there's once again plenty of Shaken Beef and banh xèo for all.
