Looks like Olivia chef James Holmes will be taking over the former Nueva Onda space to open Lucy’s Fried Chicken. (Hey, the guy named one restaurant after one daughter, it's only fair the other one gets one, too.) The restaurant will serve the fried chicken Holmes has been serving at Austin City Limits, as well as both raw and grilled oysters and "other Texas specialties." The space will be designed by (who else?) Michael Hsu.
