Major changes at both Bess Bistro and its sister deli, Walton's Fancy and Staple: executive chef Camden Sturzenberger has left the restaurants to go work for South Congress Cafe, and his sous chef Janelle Reynolds will be stepping up to fill his position. Reynolds is a TCA grad and has worked for Vespaio, FINO, the Driskill, and Starlight.
Meanwhile, Walton's Sandi Reinlie is taking over the position of executive pastry chef at the deli. No word on menu changes at either restaurant yet.
