Uchi vs Uchiko Chopped May Become Citywide Competition

This weekend was the culmination of a series internal competitions based on the Food Network show Chopped between the staffs of Uchi and Uchiko. The winner was Kyle Bentley of Uchiko, who emerged from the competition the proud owner of a brand new knife. Alas, Pat Sharpe at Texas Monthly hears we'll soon be losing Bentley to Grant Achatz's Alinea in Chicago.
