Hoover's Soular Food Garden Is Launching a Trailer

Hoover's Soular Food, the new East Side garden from Hoover's owner/chef Hoover Alexander, isn't just growing vegetables, they're serving them as well: the garden will have an accompanying food trailer that opens on Monday, May 23 at 11:00AM.

The trailer will focus on local produce, although it won't be exclusively vegetarian, and according to their FAQ, will serve "hot and cold soups, salads, wraps, and MORE." They're open til sunset and are BYOB.
