In his quest to become a US citizen, Englishman Gaz Hargreaves goes to the Salt Lick in Driftwood to learn about Texas barbecue. Owner Scott Roberts shows him how to make the restaurant's famous brisket, and offers some words of wisdom on why Texans flock to smoked meat: "It gives us something to eat and something to gripe about."
