It's Not Looking Good For Beer Bills HB 660 and HB 602

Bad news, beer fans: Chronicle beer writer Lee Nichols writes on his personal blog that HB 660, the bill that would increase distribution for brewpubs, is as good as dead. There's still a small ray of hope for HB 602, though, which aims to allow brewpubs to give away beer after tours. Cross your fingers?
