HB 602, the bill that would allow microbreweries to give away up to two cases of their product after tours, has made it out of the Licensing & Administrative Procedures committee! But wait: the legislature's website lists it as "reported favorably as substituted," which means a different version of the bill was approved than the one that was originally submitted. The amended bill has not yet been posted, but we'll keep you updated.

Meanwhile, HB 660, which expands craft brewer distribution rights, is meeting some friction and is still lingering in the same committee.
