Last night, Bryce Gilmore of Austin's Barley Swine/Odd Duck Farm to Trailer was among the chefs honored by Food & Wine magazine at the Best New Chefs 2011 Gala in New York. Eater National was there, sampling the food, watching a "hip-hop rock opera" flash mob, and hanging out with Andrew Zimmern. [-EN-]
