Yesterday's winner for Austin's best gourmet/restaurant-style burger was a landslide victory for Parkside. And now for our last category of burger: the Wild Card. These burgers may not fit everyone's definition of a hamburger, but the Bulgogi Burger at Burger Tex, the Tuna Burger at Hopdoddy, the Horseshoe at the Hyde Park Bar & Grill and P.
