The Black Sheep Lodge Burger, by the Numbers

Yes, that is a chicken fried burger, and it also happens to be Black Sheep Lodge's Eater Burger. Available starting today until Tuesday, May 3, it costs $7.99 and consists of a "100% fresh-ground Angus beef patty, hand-breaded and crispy-fried to golden-brown perfection, and then smothered in homemade, buttermilk-bacon gravy and served on a toasted white or wheat bun." It comes with your choice of side. Options!

About how many burgers would you say you serve in a day? 50-150, depending.
A week? 600-1000.

How long have you been serving a burger at your restaurant? Since the day we opened; two years on May 14, 2011.

How many pounds of ground beef do you go through in a day? 50, on average.

How many types of burgers do you serve? Three on menu: A plain
burger, a blue cheese and buffalo sauce burger and our Little Stinkers (sliders infused with garlic and green onions and topped with Gorgonzola butter.)
