Mike Sutter at The Statesman profiles East Side food truck Three Little Pigs (which is run by long-time Austin chef Ray Tattum), and finds a punk parallel to the food truck movement: "Food trailers are like the Ramones, who made every geek with a guitar believe he could start a band. Anybody who runs a lemonade stand can open a food trailer, right? Sure, if your lemonade stand needs permits, health inspections, running water and a six-burner stove." [Statesman]
