Last weekend's Off-Centered Film Festival, a collaboration of Austin's Alamo Drafthouse and Dogfish Head Brewery's Sam Calagione that celebrated beer on film, in food, and in the glass, held an amateur short film contest. First place went to Ryan Quinn's Off-Centered (experimentations with teleporting!), second went to Erik Mitchell's Beerhind the Music: The Hopp Mobb (a hip-hop history of Dogfish Head!), and third went to Andy Schoeb's Stan & Stan's Excellent Dogfish Head Adventure (beer-fueled time travel!). Here are the beery winners:
