More Pits For Franklin Barbecue

franklin-barbecue-brick-and-mortart-150.jpgFranklin Barbecue has found that moving to a brick-and-mortar didn't exactly solve their whole long line situation; in fact, owner Aaron Franklin tells Texas Monthly that business has grown to fit the space and they often run out of brisket by 12:30. No worries, though: he's in the process of building two additional pits to meet the demand; they'll be ready in a few weeks. [TM]
