Spaghetti Warehouse Shutter Opens Historic Restaurant Space

The Spaghetti Factory in the Warehouse District has occupied a huge stretch of historic storefront for the past 40 years — which is why it is a pretty big deal that the current owners have announced they're putting it up for lease. The realtors handling the lease told the Statesman there's been national interest in the historic landmark building and that "well-known restaurants have been looking for an opportunity like this in downtown Austin for years." Also, bonus trivia: the building used to be a brothel.
