Over at the Statesman, Addie Broyles talked to Daniel Olivella, a Spanish chef who owns two restaurants in San Francisco, B44 and Barlata, but lives in Austin. Turns out he's scouting locations for a tapas bar here: "I want a neighborhood place, you know...What I’d really like to do is find an old gas station." [Statesman]
