The Statesman takes a look at the house of Uchi/ko chef Tyson Cole, which (gasp!) has an electric stove and the taxidermied head of an oryx that Cole bought as a surprise for his wife. He had it shipped to Uchi, where it was "hurriedly opened by the chefs who assumed it was it was a large fish. Much to their surprise, they ripped open the box to discover a hairy, be-horned creature not suitable for sushi." [Statesman]
