Flat Top Burger Shop 'Coming Soon,' Promises Signage

Construction on Flat Top Burger Shop, the new burger restaurant at the junction of Manor and Dean Keeton from the El Chile Group, is well underway. They've even got signage up! Details forthcoming, but in the meantime, check out the construction shots above. (Bonus: some kindly construction workers let us inside for interior shots.)

UPDATE: Flat Top lets us know there's no set opening date, apart from "We know we are opening in 2011" but added "The restaurant will have inside/outside seating...very casual. Think chilled beers and juicy flat top burgers."
