Not Your Mama's Food Truck Closing, Maybe Forever

Fans of East Austin food trailer Not Your Mama's Food Truck have less than a week to satisfy any cravings they might have its Korean fried chicken, because owner Ron Chadwick has announced he'll be closing at the end of the month. From the trailer's Facebook page:

"Sad news today. After the end of this month Not Your Mama's Food Truck will be going away for a while. I don't know how long or if ever I will be back in the trailer. I will be there this weekend and several days next week. I've really enjoyed this and have had some of the best customers ever. You guys will see me around. Anything new I do I will post on here as well. Thanks guys."

While we don't have specifics on Chadwick's next project, he does mention a sold-out tasting at the end of the month, so somehow we doubt this is the last we'll be hearing from him.
