Hottest Chef in Austin Day Three: Speer, West, Huang

Despite evidence that some of you were perhaps a little overly excited about voting yesterday and tried to rig the vote in favor all three candidates — tsk, tsk — the winner of the second day of round one of Eater Austin's Hottest Chef competition was Uchiko's Paul Qui, with Bake Sale's Andrea Bearce a very close second. Now, on to day three: Callie Speer of Cakemix, Jon West of Barley Swine, and Jay Huang of Trace. Once again, may the hottest chef win, and let's try to keep it clean this time.
