The Trailer Food Diaries Cookbook Coming Fall 2011

Trailer Food Diaries — they would be the folks that were behind the Gypsy Picnic Trailer Food Festival — have announced they're working on a food truck cookbook. The book will contain recipes from food trucks in Austin as well as surrounding areas, and the recipes will fall into the following categories: "breakfast, drinks, appetizers, snacks, sauces and other tidbits, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and sweets." Man, do we love us some tidbits.

They're being coy about the publisher, but said they're "working with a cool company here in Austin, keeping it local." In any case, they're aiming for a Fall 2011 release.
