Tyson Cole and Jessica Dupuy's Uchi: The Cookbook (preorder on Amazon) comes out March 1 (yeah, we know Amazon says February 1, trust us), and here we've got your first look at the hardcover. And, what's this? An intro by none other than bicyclist/cancer advocate/professional famous Austinite Lance Armstrong? Yes!

Also: tons of sushi porn, complicated recipes that will likely make you want to just head into the restaurant and let Cole do his thing, and a delightfully sassy guide to eating sushi. Among Cole's tips? Don't order your sushi all at once ("It makes you look like an asshole"), respect your sushi chefs, and for pete's sake don't dunk your sushi in a pool of soy sauce.
