Uchiko Is a Semifinalist for All Kinds of James Beard Awards

The semifinalists for the James Beard Awards have been released, and Uchiko is all over it. Tyson Cole's latest restaurant is a semifinalist for Best New Restaurant, Outstanding Pastry Chef for Philip Speer, Rising Star Chef for Paul Qui, and Best Chef: Southwest for Tyson Cole. Also, Tito Beveridge of Tito's Vodka is a semifinalist for Outstanding Wine and Spirits Professional. Now, don't get too excited, because the finalists will be announced March 21 and so this isn't set in stone, but still: huge congrats.
