The Smithsonian Magazine takes a look at Texas distilleries, including Austin's own Tito's Vodka. The company's founder, Tito Beveridge, started out making habanero-infused vodka for his pals; now he runs a "bottling plant the size of two hockey rinks" and distributes 300,000 cases a year in the US and Canada.
