CKE Restaurants, the company that owns burger chains Carl's Jr. and Hardee's, met with Governor Rick Perry to discuss the possibility of moving the California company's headquarters to Texas and possibly Austin. They also plan to open 350 restaurants in Texas over the next ten years, with "dozens" of them in the Austin area. [Statesman]
