Katz's to Be Liquidated; Dr. Pepper Testing in Austin

DOWNTOWN — The Katz's Deli bankruptcy case has been changed from a reorganization to a liquidation, reports the Statesman. They also mentioned that owner Marc Katz claims he'll not return to the restaurant industry. The 24-hour diner finally shut its doors after 31 years on January 1. [Statesman]
