Los Pinos, the popular Lake Travis-area Tex-Mex restaurant that caught fire last July is back in business. Way Out West Austin stops by and classifies the redone Los Pinos as "better than ever," with new, larger windows, the same low prices and "addictively spicy fresh salsa."
