The Austin Chronicle's Wes Marshall taps the keg on cider's rising popularity in Austin. If two cider-makers in town make for "rising popularity," that is, and Marshall seems to think Argus Cidery and Austin Eastciders do. But Austin ciders can't reach U.K. levels of popularity unless you Texas dudes out there stop thinking cider is only a girly drink, because is there anything worse in the whole entire world than a man drinking a girly drink? We can't think of anything. [Austin Chronicle]
