Much rejoicing--and to be fair, some disappointment--has come out of Judge Sam Sparks' partial ruling in favor of the Texas beer brewers and distributors who sued the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission this year. One of three small victories won by the plaintiffs is brewers' new right to call their brews "ale" or "beer" according to their own definitions, not the TABC's.
Yesterday, Austin microbrewery the Independence Brewing Company released their own video reaction to the ruling. It's after the jump, and it will make you laugh even if you haven't been drinking the Amber Ale of which they speak.
