Top Chef Texas Reminder: Qui and Curren to Appear

As a reminder to Top Chef Texas fans, the next episode will air this evening on Bravo at 9pm. If you missed last week's premiere, Eater has a recap for you written by comedian Max Silvestri.

29 chefs show up for the first round, but neither Austin chefs Paul Qui or Andrew Curren appeared on the first episode. What does that mean? We'll be seeing them tonight on the second part of the premiere. In this year's series, cuts for the first round work by the chef being given a coat and allowed to continue, placed on "the bubble" to fight for a spot later, or cut altogether.
