Snarky's To Anchor New North Austin Trailer Yard

North Austinites will soon no longer have to crawl down I-35 to get their food truck fix. While most trucks flock to South Austin and the East Side, the North Austin Trailer Yard is bent on bringing meals on wheels to the West Anderson and Lamar intersection. Their initial anchor truck will be Snarky's Moo Bawk Oink, but they're looking for five more trucks to join the yard. From a post at FoodTrailersAustin.com:

“The NATY” will maintain a diverse yet complementary group of quality mobile food vendors just minutes away from the Arboretum, Central Austin, and I35 easily accessible from all directions. The 10,000 square foot slab and abundant parking gives us the ability to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner without the issues that most mobile food clusters face.

How fancy will the NATY be? Real fancy. The post also says they'll feature covered seating, free wi-fi, bathrooms and unlimited parking. We've inquired with the proprietors to see if we can't find out more, and when we know something, you'll know something.
