This evening chef Ned Elliott will be hosting three chefs from conat, one of Houston's most highly anticipated restaurants. Executive chef Randy Rucker along with Chris Leung and Mark Clayton will be cooking a 9-course degustation showcasing the bounties of the Third Coast and its surrounding areas.
Houston sources say chef Rucker is one of the most controversial and recognized chefs in their city and the country.
The menu will include smoked & aged ham, daikon radish cooked on charcoal with yeast & whey, cabbage & salted trout roe, and wild hog.
