Chefs/hunters/superheroes Jesse Griffiths and Tamara Mayfield of Dai Due are working on a book, and plans for a storefront are in development. For the book they have partnered with photographer Jody Horton and will write about hunting/catching and cooking game and fish in Central Texas.

Because of these projects, Dai Due is suspending their popular supper clubs for the Fall and Winter. Griffiths tells Eater Austin:

With the farmers' market, the hunting/fishing schools that we teach, private caters and having a little beautiful girl, we have had to lighten our schedule up a bit for the season [...] though we will always host farm dinners - they're just too much fun.

As always, you can buy their charcuterie, meats, and spreads at the SFC Farmer's Market on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
